Develop and manage core team to evaluate customer requirements and produce technical responses to formal requests for proposals for current and potential customers. Involve in pressure vessels, storage tanks, silos / hoppers, heat exchanger, process equipment e.g. (pig launcher & receiver, gas filters, separators, slug catcher & scrubber), oil & gas piping, steel structure, solid material handling equipment e.g. (screw & belt conveyors, bucket elevator) and process design.

Ensuring that all engineering work is carried out in accordance with specifications, statutory requirements, laws, rules, regulations and other contractual requirements with due regards to safety, operate-ability and maintainability. Responsible for providing technical advice and direction to both external customer and internal engineering functions. Involve in process design, installation and commissioning more over 100 projects of LPG/SNG system.Duties & Work Responsibilities• Site visits and identify client actual requirement.• Make feasibility of LPG/SNG system according to the NFPA-58 & Gazette of Pakistan.• Using computer-aided design to create layouts, P&ID’s and civil foundation drawings and also 3D drawings for conceptual view of overall system.• Providing design support at all stages of the design process.• Select the suitable product/material according to the client requirement.• Preparing electro-mechanical material specifications and BOQ’s.• Preparing costing sheets of whole project on turnkey basis.• Making proposals, cost comparison sheets, feasibility reports, payback calculation sheet etc. • Develop and maintain project plans for allocated tasks.• Managing projects from conception, pre-production through to completion.• Providing technical support to the project team.• Responsible for overseeing the review, initiation and execution of contracts.• Managing project budgets and keeping costs down.• Managing source out material & man power and also negotiate with them.• Advising the purchasing department on product purchase & cost control.• Inspection material according to the standards specifications.• Carrying out effective liaison with vendors for fabrications and ensure them according to design and delivery time frame.• Supervise, manage and execute the whole project.• Responsible for the completion of all project documents.• Installation and commissioning the LPG/SNG project.• Producing Test Plans and reports.
