Always, as an industrial engineer, I have been curious about how to optimize a process. In different companies that I worked, I tried to improve the related processes from very simple to complicated ones.For instance: • Control and decrease the paper chase in the companies • Time and cost estimation for the project and production• Control and improve the inventory system• Implementation of the knowledge management system I can dare say, working in various positions and organizations improved my creativity and teamwork ability, but I am in the belief that even the simplest concepts of industrial engineering need a lot of experience and patience to implement them in the real world. As a result, I chose the field of quality system engineering in Concordia university to continue the study, and that helps me to improve my knowledge. My main abilities in the field of the quality system are as follows:• Quality Assurance: DMAIC, DOE, QFD, The 5s, Taguchi Experiment, and integrated management system with ISO standards. • Quality Control: Six-sigma, Advanced statistical analysis, Principal of components analysis, Hypothesis testing, Regression, related diagrams, and control charts.• Quality project management: controlling all project criteria which are Time, cost, quality, risk, resource, and procurement management, with the help of PMBOK. • Principles of Systems Engineering: Markov Chain, Queuing Systems, Reliability and failure mode
