I have had the pleasure to expertly set up a Data-center and infrastructure backbone plus server environment all while implementing and monitoring system controls to ensure information integrity. I prioritize, configure, and monitor the performance of specific applications to ensure they operate to agreed performance levels all while actively leading in researching, analyzing, and defining hardware and software requirements in conjunction with ongoing projects and E-Government requirements.I steer smooth running of the infrastructure environment, so as to ensure that backup securities are completed satisfactorily, monitor the performance of the hardware, interrogate daily logs for errors, and troubleshoot faults as appropriate. Spearheading and confirming the integrity of the backups and restoring processes in accordance with the disaster recovery policy remains a priority. I accurately test and implement relevant technical system upgrades, patches, and new installations all while compiling overall systems documentation.I lead and participate in the installation, certification, repairs, and maintenance of I.C.T equipment and associated peripherals as I promote IT risk through education and awareness including phishing simulations, new employee onboarding, and annual security awareness training. I collaborate with cross-functional teams and report and ensure compliance to S.L.As and contracts. Implement new proposed initiatives and ensure IT controls are documented and establish an internal monitoring function.
