Ensure appropriate tracking and communication- Work with Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on approving customers.- Forecasting for growth and assist in resource planning. - Actively participate in recruiting efforts for all sales positions on your team to include constant communication with Recruiting and recognizing what makes a successful LE under The JEAR Way.- Stay abreast of industry trends for future development of JEAR.Activities: Use sales techniques, selling or influencing others and communicating with persons outside organization.Guiding, directing, and motivating subordinates:• Conduct staff meetings.• Evaluate performance of employees.• Coaching and developing employees.• Training and teaching others.Making decisions and solving problems:• Determine customer needs.• Resolve customer complaints.Recommend personnel actions, such as hires promotions, transfers, and dismissals.Interacting with computers and multi-line phone.
