Job Responsibilities: To visit market as a TSO is my routine work. To arrange various sales campaign.To appoint new Dealers & Retailers within the territory.To allocate the DSRs' in various routes. To distribute the products of BCL in selected areas. To communicate with Retailers. To handle Retailers complain. To solve Retailers problems by communicating with BCL concern authorities. To collect papers for commission process.To disburse commission to the Retailers.To arrange various events and other financial works.

To give face to face one stop customer support.To achieve monthly target by motivating customer to buy Citycell products.To visit market or government/corporate office in response of various survey.To give supports for data device installation or frequently disconnection problem.To activate the sold services in the system.To prepare daily finance report, rim report, bill collection report, monthly revenue report, monthly accessories report, and monthly traffic report of the CCP and forward concern departments.Providing regular feedback to the line manager about customer needs.Achievements: Best seller-CCD Referral Scheme for Q1, Q2 & Q3, 2011.
