I worked as IT Architect and Project Manager at BestSoft. I was responsible of all software: client-server, web based and mobile. I was in charge organise and manage all phases of the projects to ensure on-time completion and the customer satisfaction. The software developed is in Medical and Healt Care area for national and international customers.

I worked as an IT Specialist at Comune di San Miniato. My primary duties were network management, software development and database administration. Furthermore, my office provided technical support and training on the administration's information systems. I was in charge of designing systems and evaluating the effectiveness of technology resources, which were already in use or yet to be implemented. I had a critical role in evaluating the appropriate Internet technologies and platforms, according to the fast changing environment. Moreover, I was involved in the designing of Web applications, database and developing interactive applications.

I worked as a Senior Consultant and Software Developer in MPS (Monte dei Paschi di Siena Bank - IT Dept) for 3 years time. My job involved a daily use of the C#/ASP.NET programming technologies and occasionally VB,ASP, Javascript,Batch Scripting, PowerShell. I updated, maintained and developed web and client/server applications. I also refined and consolidated several existing applications provided by third-parties.

I worked at IBI for over 6 years using .NET Microsoft technologies for Web and Mobile applications. As Senior Developer and Application Manager, I participated in the development of several projects, such as: code development (which also involved the code review and refactoring) and requirements analysis ( interviewing candidates, writing technical documentation, etc.). Moreover I was in charge of technical design and team management.
