I have a rich and firm background in a variety of hospitality ventures. In my position of concierge I continue to be able to use my resourcefulness and drive to assist in meeting and heightening every aspect of a guest's experience. This includes (but not limited to) restaurant and event reservations, winery tours, trip planning, local tourism suggestions, floral and amenity requests and coordinating package deliveries, all while maintaining the high standards befitting hotels that have earned reputations of bespoke luxury service. both within the industry as well as from repeat and new guests. My role of concierge and chef concierge I have learned to be less a series of tasks so much as an approach towards welcoming hospitality towards our guests.In my previous job experiences I developed a keen eye for detail and an empathetic perspective that helped me take guest's request on as my own and take personal responsibility for their outcome.
