Coordinating and executing all necessary parts of the product development process. Including, but not limited to, project management, concept development, detail design and modeling, prototyping, testing, cost, and new product training. Recognize areas for continuous improvement of product designs, manufacturing costs, and development processes. Provide technical support to colleagues and customers on specific products. Including CFD, and FEA support.

Traveled to customer locations across the United States and Canada working with many individuals and teams, from maintenance personnel to mill managers. Responsibilities during visits included conducting maintenance seminars, measuring equipment for new installations, troubleshooting performance issues, and supervising the installation or repair of equipment.
