Undertaking the tasks of exploring / devising new functionalities / techniques related to the Current (in-house developed ) ERP System.• Studying / implementing / documenting those functionalities and techniques.• Transferring the relevant technical knowledge (training) for the the IT team members.• Working with the IT Manager to set and maintain the IT strategy and standards; and suggest initiatives to improve IT infrastructure to the benefits to the organization.

Oversee the entire Help Desk staff (call center & technicians) and ensure that customers are receiving the appropriate assistance. This includes the responsibility of managing all procedures related to the identification, prioritization, and resolution of customers help requests, including the monitoring, tracking, and coordination of Help Desk functions.
