Manage and implementation of effective research activities in the State, including Technical support to UNICEF Founded Agencies/ NGOs Assisted in designing and implementation of an effective monitoring and evaluation system for assessing the implementation status/progress and achievements of the Unicef funded Comprehensive District HIV/AIDS program.•Coordinate with and facilitate activities of all implementing partners in the districts and with donor, for mutual / sharing of information and progress reports• To conduct focus group discussions, in-depth discussions to pre-test the communication materials to aid in the designing and development of communication initiatives• Conduct Baseline Surveys, Data collection, Investigators recruitment training and field monitoring etc • Conduct Mapping, line listing for Project Area, questionnaire preparation, Pre-test and data collection, data Analysis and presentation.• Prepare the annual monitoring and evaluation plan in line with internal programmatic requirements and external donor reporting needs.• Prepare the monthly monitoring plan; conduct M&E and MIS monthly review meeting.• Assist program managers, UNICEF and implementing organizations through analysis and review of secondary data like NFHS, HSS, Census data, DAPCU data (ICTC/PPTCT and ART) and other relevant research reports.• Conducted trainings for the Comprehensive District HIV/AIDS program staff on Micro-planning for district program implementation, Research sampling methodology – Lot Quality Assurance Sampling and G-Curve analysis which is a scientific tool & skills to evaluate the program impact & exposure to activities.• Documented several on-field case studies – Human Interest Stories from High Risk and Vulnerable Groups
