• Adhere and promote HSE plans & initiatives during maintenance campaigns.
• Develop maintenance schedules and improve planning accuracy & process cycle efficiency for 30, 14, and 7 day campaigns.
• Schedule and resource monitoring & optimization for daily execution and ad-hoc maintenance requests
• Produce Daily Activity Report (DAR) and campaign S-Curve to reflect the execution progress/changes with respect to the schedule and record maintenance findings for future rectification during the next campaign.

• Develop and implement specific HSE procedures, guidelines and risk assessment/Management of Change through continuous analysis, effective performance monitoring/tracking and communication with relevant stakeholders to.
• Lead a team of engineers for the closure of MPM’s Tier-2 Integrated Operational Asset Integrity Assurance (IOAIA) Audit findings for all disciplines (HSE, Process Safety Management, Structural, Electrical, Instrument.
• Conduct bi-weekly review sessions for Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) with all the relevant stakeholders and contractors to prioritize jobs and ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective job execution.

• Review and approve contractor’s workpacks which include the detailed scope of work, Job Method Statement (JMS), detailed work schedule, isolation plans, Emergency Response Plans (ERP), Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)
