As a scientist at Ridgeline Discovery, I apply my expertise in CRISPR/Cas9 technology to identify genetic vulnerabilities for cancer treatment. I design and execute genome-wide CRISPR screens, analyze the data, and validate the findings. I also collaborate with other scientists and engineers to develop and optimize the screening platform and protocols.I obtained my PhD in Molecular Genetics from the University of Toronto in 2022, where I worked on a similar project at the Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute. My research resulted in multiple publications and patents, and contributed to the advancement of gene therapy and precision medicine. I am passionate about using molecular biology and biochemistry to solve complex and challenging problems that can improve human health and well-being.
