Management of the sign in/sign out system at the construction site, consisting of:- registration of new employees in the Ramismart system,- verification of the validity of construction workers' documents,- daily control of the number of logins in the system and comparing it with the actual status at the construction site,- preparation of monthly report regarding to manpower on site2. Contact with local suppliers consisting of:- sending orders for goods like tools, screws, health and safety measures, products necessary for the office farewel, etc.- sending orders for services supporting the construction site process and the functioning of the construction site office- sourcing from local suppliers of basic necessities, necessary to run the construction site office- sending inquiries, supporting the creation of PO numbers3. Processing of construction documents, including:- update of the works schedule, taking into account changes caused by downtimes, delays in deliveries, prolonged construction process- preparation of daily reports on the works performed, including the work of subcontractors, deliveries of components for the construction site, wind turbine assembly progress- preparation of weather reports relating to stand-by of installation proces.- archiving purchase and service documentation- archiving documentation of employees registered in the Ramismart system- organizing and cataloging construction documentation4. Ad-hoc tasks, which in most of cases supporting HSE department
