My work experience started in 2014. So far, I have been involved in various programs and fields as a project assistant, coordinator, communications manager, trainer, interviewer, researcher, and social media manager. I have handled various tasks, starting from day-to-day administrative issues, to organizing various meetings, workshops, round table meetings, big EXPOs, and conferences. I was a member of the organizing committee of the "World Committee Meeting of World Association of Women Entrepreneurs (FCEM) 2019". The meeting had been organized by the Armenian Young Women's Association in April 2016, in Yerevan. I was responsible for keeping in contact with international participants, for the meeting program. I have taken part in various training, seminars, and meetings. I am a certified Personal Initiative trainer. At the moment my work is directed toward pursuing my Ph.D., my primary research includes studying the role of innovations in the development of the RA Telecommunications sector. My research activity is not limited to my study, I am also a junior researcher at the M. Kotanyan Institute of Economics of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, where we are carrying out various studies that are connected to the priorities set by the Government of the RA.
