In 2018, I embarked on a mission with DRUM to challenge and transform traditional approaches to talent. I questioned why companies were still relying on outdated methods to attract talent, why large consulting firms were the go-to for niche skills, and why it took so long to bring talented individuals on board.Today, DRUM has evolved into two successful brands: DRUM UPSKILL and DRUM Associates.
