DC .• Responsible for Bin slotting decisions to increase the productivity, Non moving stock analysis and Fullfiling the gap of the orders .• Replicating of Distribution Center segment wise which has only a related segment products.• Carrying regular checks such as Receving check, spot check, stock cycle count, Putaway audit and Shelflife Audit.• Maintaining proper replenishment and maintain the bin health accuracy.• Also responsible for checking quality at the time of receiving and condition of receiving.• Have a good idea on Inbound Activities, Dispatch Planning and Transport coordination.**Managed upto 100 calls per day, coordinating with vendors and giving appointments , so that DC is not choked up with space.• Guide the helpers to complete in an efficient way,Handling in Short deadlines and Customer fulfillment.• Employed First In First-Out Protocals to reduce waste by significant percentage and coached the team in maintaining FIFO which leadsto reduce the Consolidated Sales.• Well coordinated and handeled delivery issues with the store team, Intra state / Inter state warehouse.
