Preparing milestones and monitoring project progress, Maintaining critical chain project management schedules, coordinate with internal agencies like Design , Planning , QC ,NDT, Logistics etc. Responsible for providing safe working environment on shop floor along with finalizing equipment fabrication sequence, Estimation of fabrication hours , Prepare manufacturing procedures & develop Jig & Fixtures required for Project ,cost reduction & process improvements assignments, Low cost Automation in manufacturing Development of processes (Welding /Machining ) to improve quality & reliability of equipment ,Resource management for work shop and necessary actions against requirements, Project monitoring and control measures for on time completion ,Defining shop process/performance parameters and monitoring methods ,Responsibility for implementation of ISO, 5S,Kaizens in shop floor, Control over revenue budget by optimizing resources.
