I hold a Lean Masters certification and a MBA in Operation Management from ISBM. Currently, I am the Head of Supply Chain Operations at Molex, where I am responsible for devising and implementing strategies for supply chain management, vendor development, and logistics optimization. I have successfully transformed the repair operation, manufacturing, and field services supply chain for all products of Schneider Electric, my previous employer, during the COVID crisis, where both upstream and downstream were in complete chaos.
