At least one of them is already running a software development company (https://shorturl.at/arwY4), and there already is an AI CEO (https://shorturl.at/kmQRZ). The resourcefulness of human resources is, therefore, gradually diminishing. At one point of time, not very far from the present, only a handful of humans will remain, whom would be considered as resources. My task, as a human resource manager, is to develop those humans. Whatever an intelligent, non-human entity might achieve, the ultimate objectives of those achievements are the betterment of the human race; we must be aware of this fact, and at the same time must realise that our own development as a proper resource is crucial for appropriate survival in the society. If an AI is fit for a task, we, humans, must be the fittest. I’m here to progress together with anyone who is willing and determined.About the boring parts, I have an MBA in Human Resource Management from Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka. Prior to that, I completed my BBA in Marketing from North South University.
