Plan to liquidate Non / Slow moving / Near Expiry stocks to avoid huge loss in Inventory. • Handling Customs Problem while clearing the consignment, follow up with the clearing agent to clear the import consignment without any delay / demurrage & additional charges. • Monitoring day to day activities of all Branches & CFA in terms of order execution (both sales & Stock transfer to other location) • Negotiate & finalization with CHA/ Freight Forwarders / Transporters / Consultants & Preparing monthly MIS for Sales Vs Budget with GP, Distribution & inventory etc... • Overall handling Pan India customs related Appeals & CESTAT matters. • To ensure the customs CTH code & notification benefits as per respective material in order to avail the customs duty benefits. • To ensure forward the NIB samples for evaluation purpose as per CDSCO requirement. • Close monitoring of CFA & FTWZ activities and handle local FDA, ADC, and Customs, issues as and when necessary.• Analyze the root cause for customer dissatisfaction and ensure proper steps to eliminate the same. • Replenishment against pending orders at the CFAs, ensuring minimum expiries at the locations and arrange for proper destruction of expired and scrapped goods.

• Managing the complete ware house operations with the Branch handling a Turnover of 5 Million per month. • Handling a Team of 24 members including 2 Supervisors, 2 counter billing staff, 9 Drivers & 12 loading/off-loading Labors and maintaining the proper amount of product in our warehouses to serve customers. • Managing an average of 800 Purchase Orders weekly through LPO received from Sales Team, walk in & Regular orders. • Verifying & approving the Local purchases to raise GRN in SAP. • Responsible to maintain Minimum stock level for the Branch and calculate the time-phased inventory requirements. • Generate DRP (Distribution Resource Planning) on a daily Basis to ensure MSL. • Raise MRN to Organize Materials from other branches (internal) & Local Purchase for the required materials. • Branch Team lead for the SAP implementation & training on MRN request, Stock issue/receipt, Sales order, Invoice, Delivery Challan, Sample In/Out, Goods Exchange , Inventory Check & product coding. • Daily MIS on Delivery, Pending LPO & MRN. • Daily Reports to Sales & Finance Team. • Stock taking and Submitting Audit report of the materials in the branch on a bi-yearly basis. • Responsible for implementation of Warehouse management Software for the Branch and Ensure that strategies are executed in the areas of a logistical network. • Communicate company objectives and goals to the team and key personnel under the logistical structure of a company. • Directly responsible for delivery, processing and coordination with sales team for Key customers in Government, semi government and High value contracting companies.

• Coordinating various Supply chain activities like receiving CAF (customer application Forms) from Sales team, coordination with sales team on documents. • Verifying payment confirmation from finance on payment receipt for processing the Product dispatch. • Confirmation in CRM, Processing orders for Dispatch. • Handling Demo Product requests from sales Team • Generating Invoice, Delivery Challan and tracking of freight. • Raising PO to the OEM for stock. • Resolving Product dispatch issues between customers and sales team. • Follow SLA and timely dispatch ensuring all proper documents for customer satisfaction. • Sending MIS report on Available Stocks, Required stocks, Pending dispatches to the management. • Responsible for delivery of all items received at the warehouse from vendors. • Transportation Negotiation with, couriers and carrier companies. • Responsible for warehouse security and stock movement. • Stock Management and Stock Control in ware house. • Coordinating and reviewing with sales team to achieve highest standard for speedy delivery and customer excellence.
