I have been actively involved in the skill development across the Education and Training sector in various parts of Tamilnadu since from 2005. In the context of skill development, initiatives such as vocational training, workshops, or other hands-on learning experiences to equip individuals with the necessary skills for their chosen fields.I am focusing in the areas of Career Guidance, Consulting for Employment, Entrepreneurship, and Finance literacy. I have given Career awareness to more than 10,000 candidates, mentored over 2,000 aspirants, and guided more than 100 individuals to secure positions in Central and State government roles is a notable achievement. Additionally, contributing to Private Job Placements, Entrepreneurship Development, and serving as a Financial coach for many individuals and entrepreneurs reflects a diverse skill set.
