• Increased production by proper production planning of the materials and existing manpower by reducing overtime• Optimized ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel) and aluminum profiles and so % of wastages was very less.• Changed the glazing methods and by proper production planning , averagely 150-200 panels were glazed and , 150-200 acp panels were fabricated and the same were dispatched the next day to the concerned sites.• All the BOQ of the materials which are getting dispatched are verified and then only the invoice is allowed to be prepared for dispatch.• All the follow ups for BOQ are done and also prior intimation is given to accounts dept to collect and keep ready the BOQ for the forth coming dispatches which are going to happen.• Materials follow-up with vendors and suppliers depending on the priorities of site requirement.• Strict implementation of quality production and conducting training programes for engineers and supervisors regarding the same.

Full in charge of Production in manufacturing of stainless steel bellows, Expansion joint, Annular Corrugated Hoses and water tubes, conversant with Tig welding, specialized hose forming and pitching machines, bellow forming machines Hydraulic press with maximum capacity of 300 Tons and operating of High vacuum bright annealing furnace and vacuum brazing.KEY ACHIEVEMENT• Receiving Schedules form customer, plan, conceptualize, develop and execute long /short term production strategies.• Optimization o resources by implementing one operator for three machines.• Machine planning, machine, capacity planning and achieving delivery targets.• Lead production team to focus on optimization of Plant efficiently, Productivity, cost control with Quality and Pre-Plan / Execute finished goods dispatches.
