Blended architecture and engineering role acting as the senior technology owner of the Card Services data and analytics application portfolio, with an annual budget of $81M. Led a matrixed team of 23 infrastructure engineers, systems engineers, middleware administrators, and database administrators responsible for all system designs, upgrades, and implementations within the portfolio. Served on Enterprise Disaster Recovery Board, which set strategic direction for DR planning. Created and exercised disaster recovery plans for all portfolio applications. Implemented capacity planning process for portfolio applications, which was rolled out to all portfolios in the CTO organization.
