I have taken the helm in conceptualizing and developing network security applications. This involved leading the designprocess to create robust and reliable solutions that meet stringent security requirements. Actively participating in thedevelopment and testing of both Intranet and Internet applications has been a core aspect of my role.Key Projects:Application Solutions Kit (ASK) – In Progress: Leading the development efforts for an OpenWrt based routing andswitching solution, I've spearheaded the implementation of key features, participated in design discussions, andensured timely resolution of customer issues, all while guiding the validation team to deliver high-quality results.BLACKBRIAR II (BB2) and Pole Position (PP): Contributing significantly to the development of an OpenWrt basedrouting and switching Software Development Kit (SDK), I've played a key role in designing and implementing criticalcomponents, integrating third-party packages, enabling management protocols, and ensuring seamless firmwarepackaging and upgrade processes.

In my tenure at Intoto, Inc., I had the privilege to contribute to transformative projects that shaped the landscape of network management and configuration. Here are some highlights:Software Defined Networking (SDN): I played a pivotal role in the design and development of the SDN Controller and SDN Switch. This revolutionary approach to network management empowers administrators to efficiently oversee network services by abstracting lower-level functionalities. Our work was grounded in adherence to the ONF Open Flow Specification 1.3, ensuring compatibility and interoperability across systems.Unified Configuration Middleware (UCM): I participated in crafting an Embedded Configuration Management solution embedded within devices. UCM offered a unified framework for diverse management engines such as HTTP Web Interface, SNMP, TR-69, NETCONF, and Configuration Load and Save. My responsibilities encompassed conducting comprehensive design and code reviews, as well as contributing to the development of critical components like Load and Save functionalities and the GUI Infrastructure.Centralized Management System (CMS): At the heart of our efforts was the Centralized Management System (CMS), a Client-Server application designed to empower Network Administrators with remote management capabilities for geographically-distributed Network Access Devices. Leveraging the robustness of J2EE MVC architecture, JAVA, and SOAP, I actively contributed to every phase of development, from initial design to ongoing maintenance. My contributions included intricate client, server, and database design, the implementation of backend callbacks utilizing Hibernate for seamless data storage, and the development of efficient database queries for data retrieval and presentation in the GUI.These projects not only honed my technical skills but also instilled in me a deep appreciation for collaborative problem-solving and the profound impact of technology on modern networking infrastructure.

Key Projects:Contributed to the ESR Engineering Team focusing on the EAI Product (ICAN5.0.5 Suite). Responsibilities included: Investigating and resolving issues outlined in ESR/POC. Developing solutions for identified problems and performing validation testing. Analyzing and addressing issues related to various eWay components like Batch eWay, WebLogic eWay, andOracle eWay. Conducting regression testing for Web Service ESRs to ensure quality assurance.Designed, developed, and tested the ICAN5.1 Release suite, incorporating features such as: Notification Routing for user-defined Alerts (Alert Agent) in Enterprise Manager. Providing behavior attachment for execution upon alert generation (e.g., shutting down eWay if a fatal alert isgenerated). Classification of generated alerts into severity types (Fatal, Critical, Major, Minor, and Info) for appropriateexecution of behaviors.These projects aimed to enhance monitoring and management capabilities of eGate 5.0 components, facilitating thedetection of potential bottlenecks and trends for optimization of business process management by business processanalysts.
