Whether it be puzzles, riddles, or the solutions to someone's day-to-day needs, I find my spark in identifying those missing pieces, then implementing a strategy focused on its resolution.Throughout my corporate career of nearly 2 decades, I've held many roles from the eager entry-level candidate, to the enthusiastic Director responsible for on-boarding & overseeing both personnel & vendors, alike. I have since decided to take my excitement for solving company objectives/needs and paired that up with my ability to source top candidate talent throughout an ever-changing industry landscape.
