TEACHING: As a Senior Professor in the Area of Operations Management, I am presently teaching Core and Elective Courses in Operations& Supply Chain Management.Earlier during 2008-12, also I taught courses in Organization Behavior, Strategic HRM and shouldered responsibilities of Chair Person in the Area of OB & HR. TRAINING:I have been imparting Training during In-company MDPs for several organizations such as: IOC, BPCL, ONGC, HFC, IFFCO, NFL, SAIL, Coal India, NTPC, NHPC, EPIL, HHEC, TCI, NIESBUD, Pawanhans, Holland Tractors and several others and have been recognized as a corporate trainer in a wide spectrum of functional areas such as;• Leadership & Team building• Performance Management & Counseling • Projects Management• Materials Management• Quality Management. Imparted training to Executives of Chittagaon Refineries in Dhaka.. Also conducted long duration General Management Program for Managers of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation in Lagos Nigeria under the aegis of PII (Petroleum India International).I have a continuing association with NIESBUD, a Govt. of India organization under Ministry of Industries, for training executives from Afro-Asian Countries during their International Training Programs.
