Responsibilities :1. Work with the development team and offer quality products to buyer.2. Do the costing & negotiating with buyer to confirm the orders.3. Ensure all the garment testing issues are ok to proceed for production.6. Communication with buyer regarding confirmed orders & take clarification & approval of lab dips,trims & accessories for smooth production.7. Follow critical path to in house the all fabric, trims & accessories on time to meet the customerdelivery.8. Dealing, negotiating with local & international fabric, trims & accessories supplier to ensure thebest product for the customer9. Attend the weekly production follow up meeting & communicate with commercial team to bookshipment booking on time.10. All types of buyer corresponding regarding delivery extensions/po issues/approvals/lc etc.

Job Responsibility :• Price Negotiation with buyer for upcoming season.• Communicating with buyers by mail (mostly) for new queries as well as updates.• Prepare budget costing to open fabric and trims smooth back to back LC.• Sourcing fabric and trims supplier to meet buyers quality standard as well price & delivery.• Meeting with vendors and explaining new development requirement to vendor team.• Planning for new season sampling and production orders• Over all follow up with internal departments to make smooth shipment.

Responsibilities : • Collecting of garment samples, trims and different types of swatches from the vendors• Submission of samples to buyer through courier• Follow up with vendors for samples• Follow up with buyers for approvals and feedback• Giving approval on samples where buyer intervention is not required• Updating latest comments on particular styles or order to vendor representative• Update the buyers with the order status at all stages• Execution of running orders (production)• Sourcing of materials for new development• Selection and finalizing of vendors for the upcoming orders based on vendor’s experience of making similar products• Preparing Purchase order• Handle quality issues for sampling as well as production• Preparing inspection schedule for shipment and notifying to quality department in the buying house or third party QA.• Maintaining files and Accounts & Updating Time and Action calendar

Responsibilities : Daily production follow up.Program received and handover. Quality ensure for bulk dyeing. Random check , color , yarn count , fabric width , M/C dia. Production report to in-charge. Visit sub contact factory daily basis.
