Bachelor of Statistics, I've been working with data science since my internships, whose areas were diverse, dealing with a wide variety of problems with data.I worked as an intern in three different sectors: economic, power (electricity) and life insurance.Currently, I'm in my first international job, working as a contractor for Johnson & Johnson, in a project of an application development in R Shiny.Previously, I worked with credit risk at Credz, developing multiple studies about default, production, customer fidelity, besides credit score models evaluations. I also worked as a Data Analyst with the market team of Energisa, developing typical workflows of the data engineering and automations, besides time series analysis and forecasting for all the eleven power distributors of the company. There, I started as Junior Analyst and, after 11 months, I was promoted due to the relevant and inovative work developed.To work my projects, I use R, SQL, Excel and Power BI, in this preference order. However, I have solid experiences with Python and I had several oportunities to work with other tools such as Azure ML and AWS.In free time, I'm a musician and I have a YouTube channel (here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/@m_samuel_ms). Besides, I'm a regular gym user and (not so regular) street runner. I also seek to improve my knowledge in statistics, programming and data science in general.
