Maintaining the Process Document, preparing the Training and go-live calendar for seamless transitions is the vital role. 1) US 401K Money Movement – Transition was done in 2011, Nature of the process is to reconcile the money In & Out of the 401k accounts & Trustee. 2) US 401k Manual contribution – Transition was done remotely in 2012, Nature of the process is to upload the 401k deduction of employer into Mainframe. 3) US 401k SMS Setup – Transition was done remotely in 2012, Nature of the business is to generate the ORG ID for Signal sign-on for all product. 4) US Risk Over Threshold – Transition was done remotely in 2017, Nature of the business is to perform the due diligence and increase their tier limit to process the payroll. 5) US 401k Banking Mix up issue – Transition was done remotely in 2018, Nature of the process is to resolves the incorrect banking mix –up issues. 6) SBS payroll Reconciliations – Transition was done remotely in 2018, Nature of the process is reconcile the payroll data transmission into various systems.
