The Military Campus Admissions Director (MCAD) position involves leading a team of Military Campus Admissions Representatives with the common goal of striving for service excellence while enrolling, starting and graduating Veteran students. While motivating and inspiring them to achieve results my position must work collaboratively with Financial Aid, Student Services and Education. I also forecast sales goals and set performace and activity standards necessary for the Military Campus Admissions Representative to acheive their goals.
