I believe in Team service support system, achieve Targets, grow sales and increase profit.during my 11+ years of work journey in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait I explore my knowledge in multiple business categories like QSR, Hospitality and Retail.In 2011, I started my work journey with American Multi Cuisine Restaurant in KSA as a Front Office Executive where I learn about the Guest Relations, Host, Hospitality, Brand Standard, Food Safety, Grow Sales, Budget, Upselling and Teamwork. Later on I Secure my Position as a 'Trainer' then served my duty till 2019 In 2020 I moved to Kuwait explore further more knowledges and willing to deal with new challenges and follow my hobby as well. Here I joined as a Restaurant Supervisor. where I learn QSR Skills, POS, Customer service, Sales, Inventory, Invoice and Expenditures, manage staff, schedule, Timesheet etc. served till 2023Now I secure my position as a Duty Manager. Where I manage a big Retail Supermarket, lead my team and taking care of Business Operations . Although Retail Industry is new for me but I am ambitious and confident and I believe that I will do my best.
