• Leading a huge HCM consulting business in range of 50 millions SAR and 100+ customers.• Identifying the practice sales prospects and business growth areas.• Responsible of the practice P&L. • Promote a culture where continual improvement in efficiency, services, processes, product, and market positioning is expected.• Manage consulting delivery projects.• Allocating the resources between the projects based on the projects weight, needs and the resource qualifications.• Defining the projects size and customer needs through the pre-sales activities• Retain, develop and recruit the necessary skills making sure that our projects and our customers are served at best.• Present and demonstrate Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM).• Manage HR practice solutions implementations and provide health-check.• Sizing the customers’ requirements and preparing the implementation Proposal• Build the competitive advantages in the practice throw accelerated solutions and strong consultation team. • Define the proper solution for the gap points and design the solution architecture.

• Allocating the resources between the projects based on the projects weight, needs and the resource qualifications.• Defining the projects size and customer needs through the pre-sale process.• Analyzing business process and operational functions.• Implementing and support Oracle Human Resource, Payroll, Self Services, Learning Management, iRecruitment, Time and Labor and Business Intelligence modules.• Present and demonstrate Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM).• Manage HR Solutions implementations and provide health-check.• Sizing the customers’ requirements and preparing the implementation Proposal• Requirement gathering for further analysis as per customer request.• Mapping the requirements to application functions which might be standard, workaround or gaps.• Define the proper solution for the gap points.• Responding to the customer’s business needs & implement those business requirements into Oracle Applications using AIM methodology (Traditional or CRP Methodology).• Conducting presentations and demos whenever required.• Keeping continues process of work progress reporting to the direct manager.• Preparing project plans for HRMS implementation and define the resource and periods required to conduct the projects.• Conducting key users training based on the project plan and needs.• Providing required support to the customer throughout the project phases.
