Role & Responsibilities: Clients:• Working for the requirements from Clients & Implementation partners like Sorg, Philips, Siemens, Karl Mayer, Applied Material, UltraSource, ACC, Compart, Grohe, Macprocess, Wipro, Polaris, L& T etc.Requirements:• Working on contract, contract to hire and fulltime requirements.• Worked on requirements of different technologies i.e Java, Oracle, PeopleSoft, JD Edward, SAP, etc.Resume Search:• Working on various job portal like Dice, Monster, Techfetch for resume search.• Used Boolean search strings.• Making cold calls to both Vendors/Employers and Consultants.ATS:• Using Job Diva for resume search, mass mailing and submissions.VMS:• Using Synergy for pulling requirements and consultants submissions for all Wipro requirements.Resume Validation: • Asking for Visa Copy either from Consultant or from Vendors/employers.• Asking for Identification Proof i.e Driver’s License, US Passport, etc.• Asking for educations certificates.Reports:• Creating daily, weekly reports regarding requirement and submissions.
