Application Engineer
Current- Specialized in programming Air Handler Units (AHUs), chillers, boilers, and other HVAC systems.- Extensive experience in engineering HVAC controls for BMS, including Riser drawings, Flow schematics, Floor plans, room schedules, and valve schedules.- Skilled in commissioning Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems, AHUs, chillers, boilers, and integrating third-party systems via Bacnet/IP and Bacnet/MSTP protocols.- Developed in-depth expertise in creating detailed graphics for HVAC systems.- Strong knowledge of BMS systems and HVAC operation to ensure efficient building automation.- Collaborated with clients and project managers by creating RFIs and actively following up to ensure project success.- Responsible for handling multiple projects in the USA-Pacific and North-East zones, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.- An effective communicator with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
