I focused on human resources, sales, and financial parts. In human resources, I plan the full flow of the hiring system, which help us more to select the best one, based on four-part interview (personality, achievement, potential, self-awareness), the committee can choose the accurate people. Sales division is vital for startups, so I directly involved the sales part, we upgrade our negotiation and B2B sales skills then we planned our sales for each company. There is a full flow for each transaction in the financial department, by this, each economic action can check and calculate, and all parts got approval. we had had an idea for vertical improvement for the supply chain, we build qRp system (quick resource planer). This idea we improve the warehouse management by adding some features like agility, online dashboard, distribution calculator, Business intelligence, device-less warehouse ( mobile-based), etc. as founder we sale our solution to international companies and trying to help them to improve their warehouse management.We developed an application that warehouse staff, customers, and business ad their order online a web pane for companies to track their product flow and monitor the whole system.The best thing we did on this startup was:1.
