Presently associating with SHILPA MEDI CARE LIMITED SINCE Oct’2020 – Looking the transactions with respect to API – R&D , POLYMER , PEPTIDE AND CDMO business Requirements.. • Worked as Senior General Manager in M/s.Natco Pharma Ltd, Hyderabad from oct’1997 to July’2020 (23 Years).• Worked as Stores Officer to Deputy Manager in M/s.Natco Pharma Ltd, Hyderabad from Nov’1985 to Sep’1997 (12 Yrs).• Worked as Stores Officer in M/s.SOL Pharmaceuticals, Hyderabad from Apr’1982 to Oct’1985 (3 Yrs). Handling Projects Procurement within timeframe. Good strength in Raw material sourcing & Lab chemicals  Ensure buying activities (scheduling, follow up, bill of material matching) of all raw materials and brought out items and lead the procurement team in all phases. Responsible for maintaining inventory within norms, key responsibility is to ensure timely availability of material as per plan with maintaining good supplier relations. Ensuring 2 Bin system implementation for effective stores functioning. Managing handling Raw material, Engineering Items & Projects with monthly consumption of 50 Crores. Implementing key procurement strategies and ensuring plans are aligned with Projects requirements Executing vendor evaluation, vendor rating calculation and taking necessary actions for under performance Building relations with Vendors & Service Providers, sorting out critical problem areas and delivering on internal customer commitments. Procurement of material considering three important factors QUALITY, DELIVERY & COST. Regular follow up with accounts for ensuring timely release of payments to vendors. Continuous follow up with the supplier / routine visits to supplier to enhance the quality SCM. Highlighting material concerns to the management well in advance. Ensuring Spare parts requirement fulfilling in time. Focus on Inventory level of Non-Serviceable and Obsolete parts  Initiating and Implementing cost savings for the whole department in Packaging & Transportation. Adjusting system stock in SAP to physical stock by doing reconciliation by taking necessary approvals.  Preparing reports and maintaining MIS daily, weekly and monthly basis pertaining to logistics, Inventory levels, Inventory consumption & Cost saving. Ensuring cost savings in Transportation, Packaging & Elimination of Returnable Logistics. Planning operations on logistics operations issues and identify areas for improvement. Oncology Projects & Non Oncology projects Handling  Nearly 20-23 Projects executed 
