I work to locate, analyze, and purchase properties for residential development, searching constantly for both listed and unlisted properties around the metro Atlanta market ranging from 5 acres to 200 acres and up. From there, I put properties under contract while our team goes through a thorough due diligence process including and survey, zoning, soil/wetlands studies, and more as we prepare the property for development with our engineering partners.

• Managed and mentored a team of Regional Managers and Sales Representatives covering 6 states to help grow the Terrapin brand volume +300% during tenure.• Forecasted, tracked, and executed on sales goals (volume and distribution) both internally and externally including 5-year forecast across 43 distributor markets resulting in Region-level buy-in from MolsonCoors Senior Leadership and our Distributor Network.• Collaborated in architecting of sales team structure (from 3 to 23 sales employees); created and maintained employee accountability; planned and tracked budgets.• Teamed with Marketing Leadership to create robust programming that over-doubled brand recognition (in 2-year span) by bringing Take Terrapin concept to life in-market via OOH boards, online ad, traditional print, and sampling programs.• Worked alongside Chain Team to partner with an assortment of retail customers including Kroger, Publix, Walmart (growing share over +2.0pts since 2017 in Craft Subsegment of SER), BWW, Hooters, and Taco Mac to create and execute programming across the region resulting in strong double-digit volume growth year over year.• Fostered relationships with a variety of business partners including concession (Levy, DNC) alliance partners (Braves, Falcons, Bucs), concert promoters (Rival Ent, Superfly, Zero Mile) and distributors to bring unique brand visibility to the market.• Worked cross-functionally with Terrapin Senior Leadership, legal, and distributor partners to bring new wine based RTD (Brunch Buddy) to market in 2021.
