Don the role of a Business Head for "PACT Machines (P) Ltd for their Construction Equipment products such as SDLG make (Volvo Group Co) Front Wheel Loaders and CP make (Atlas Copco Co) Hydraulic Rock Breakers, Air Compressors, Pneumatic Tools etc., Responsible for the entire business operations from Sales, Service, Spares, Accounts etc., The team was awarded All India No 2 position in sales of Front Wheel Loaders by Volvo.The market share was increased to 16% right from launch within 3 years of launch of the product.Don the role of a "GM" for "Blue Hills Aqua (P) Ltd., for their Packaged Drinking Water company. The role involved Establishing factory operations, Maintaining requisite standards (as per Govt norms),Implementing operational procedures, Employing system for Marketing and Sales, Supply Chain Management, Recruitment of manpower, liason with various govt officials etc.,Market feedback conducted by MS University has awarded No 1 status in sales of bulk container drinking water. The company also received certification ISO 9002:2000 from international certifying body for maintaining defined standards (One among very few companies who have got this certification).
