Main Responsibilities: Manage and oversea supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory of materials  Identify areas for cost reductions and implement strategies for reduction and containment of costs. Link sales forecasts to purchasing and inventory management in coordination with Sales. Support company’s financial goals by optimizing the inventory levels. Sourcing reliable overseas distributors and suppliers. Analyzing contracts for effectiveness, identifying areas of weakness and implement improvements. Prepare and follow the issuance of letter of credits, L/G, transfers, etc.... Handling the whole purchase cycle taking into consideration all the relative aspects. Managing logistics and close control of purchasing budget. Solving transportation and logistics issues and assist the customs clearance staff. Solving disputes with suppliers and issue claim reports if necessary. Reporting supplier’s performance quarterly & annually. Keep accurate records of purchases and pricing.
