SPOC for Capgemini's Global Business Line "Insights & Data" for partnerships with startups in the fields of analytics, big data, and artificial intelligence. In my role, I conduct due diligence on startups that can accelerate our business, lead workshops, and co-design offers and solutions to unlock the full potential of data science and artificial intelligence for our customers.

I work as a data scientist in the "Advanced Analytics" unit of the "Insights & Data" practice. > Telco Sector - Generative AI and Data Science Architectures | Supporting the design of Generative AI architectures and data science projects. > Insurance Sector - Data Science and Generative AI | Development of a Topic Modeling solution based on the BERTopic framework and Generative AI (LLM from OpenAI). Development of network science solutions in order to study the bounce chains of customer service tickets and optimise the most critical processes. Design of an end-to-end framework for automated ticket management through 15 use cases based on machine learning (ML), artificial intelligence (AI) and generative artificial intelligence (GEN AI) technologies.> Telco Sector - Data Science with the help of Gen AI (NLP) | Development of a customised solution with the aim of making a number of service processes more efficient. Implementation of a Topic Modeling, Root Cause Analysis and Process Mining solution, through the use of Python and Generative AI techniques and models on Google Cloud (e.g. use of PaLM). > Banking Sector - Data Science (NLP) | Development of a topic extraction solution on a datasets of tickets. The principal work tools used are: Python.> Manufacturing Sector - Data Science (Optimization) | Building an optimisation-based solution to improve the customer's supply chain. The objective was to help the distribution of part numbers to the customer's various plants. The result was an end-to-end solution (on the AWS stack). I was in charge of the data science component. The principal work tools used are: Python, SageMaker, RedShift.> Public Sector - Cognitive & AI | I was in charge of developing a Natural Language Processing (NLP) solution. The aim of the project was to implement a classifier to automatically protocol PECs. The principal work tools used are: Python, Expert.ai (Cogito Discover, Cogito Studio).

I've worked as a Data Engineer in the "Insights & Data" practice (Data Engineering unit from Jan 2022). > Insurance Sector | The main activities I have been involved are.: large-scale information analysis to build scalable data pipelines, throught data wrangling and data preparation, business intelligence development, data quality and data lineage activities. The project where I work concerns a large insurance company. The Digital Transformation Team was created to build the "operating system" of the country, comprising fundamental components that enable the development of simpler and more efficient services for citizens, the Public Administration, and businesses through innovative digital products. The Commissioner's Team was established on September 16, 2016, with an initial two-year mandate, under the leadership of Diego Piacentini (former Senior Vice President at Amazon.com). On October 25, 2018, Luca Attias was appointed as the new Government Commissioner for the Digital Agenda, and the Team's mandate was extended until December 31, 2019.

Inside a Parliamentary Commission of inquiry, I was in charge of analysing all ICT public tenders between 2008 and 2018 through activity of data collection and cleansing, exploratory analysis and graphical visualization of results. I worked with IT office of the Bank of Italy, Consip (company of the Ministry of the Economy and Finance), Sogei (company controlled by the Ministry of the Economy and Finance), Chamber of Deputy and ANAC (National Anti-Corruption Authority).
