• Contributed in the pre-opening of the newest -luxurious five stars- hotel in Amman.• Coordinate marketing strategies & programs with the concerned management and implement new marketing & public relations methods to increase the awareness and usage of the hotel facilities. Through the usual marketing channels and the social media.• In charge of handling MICE business and International accounts.• Responsible on setting the base of the corporate division in the hotel.

• In charge of handling the international developmental projects, -USAID funded projects, United Nations & humanitarian missions, and the non profitable organizations- sector in Jordan. And handles their conferences, workshops and regional meetings within their high standard regulations and policies.• In charge of handling any diplomatic delegations (Embassies) and governmental projects in Jordan.• In charge of supervising the sales team force in the hotel and insure a smoothly operational duties in a daily basis.• In charge of handling big groups, conferences and events held in the hotel

• Contribute to Strategic and Tactical decisions for the yearly business plan and selling strategies.• Capitalize sales opportunities for accommodation, conference & leisure facilities of the hotel by targeting specific segmentation strategy, Such as US funded programs, United nations missions and Non-profit organizations. • Mentor new employees and conduct a departmental trainings, in order to get them well adjusted to their job description.
