Worked for the largest housing association in the South-West, resourcing and equipping young people in emergency accommodation in Central Bristol to increase employability, and seek new opportunities for personal development. Worked as Partnership Manager for Bristol Foyer, increasing visibility and awareness in the local area, and increasing opportunities for residents in the Foyer.Offered low-level support to a wide-variety of young people who faced disadvantage, helping with everyday skills such as cooking and cleaning.Took a keen interest in continued professional development, undertaking courses on trauma informed practice, the UK benefit system, and coaching.

A graduate coach at a life-transforming charity, which equips young people to overcome the barriers preventing them entering and sustaining employment. Gained significant experience co-coaching a six-week programme for 16-24 year olds facing barriers to employment. I coached around work-readiness skills, mindsets and resources, as well as offering tailored support to the individuals for one-year post completion.At the end of my journey with Spear, over 80% of the young people with whom I worked end up in work or education.
