1-Reconciled inventory discrepancies and analysis of negative inventory, non-movement level, -zero sale stock, missing item, over stock through the operation and warehouse team.2-Annual and monthly electronic stock taking to scan and reconcile inventory and also maintaining inventory provision.3-Monitor cycle count to identify abnormal activities and communicate with concern department for investigation.4-Ensure data accuracy with IT Management related to Inventory Management.5-Support to stores during Ramadan and Hajj Season and study customer needs and demands and manage as well.6-Analysis the stock take results to pick out all kind of discrepancies, high variance, wrong count or etc.7-Analysis of COGS, Gross Margin, Provision, Pricing, Sales, Vendor Compensations and Correspond with various other department as well as track KPI’s of Inventory Management and circulate to concern Department.8-Examination of all transfer stock between store to store and store to warehouse.9-Costing of retail inventory, Fresh Product, Bakery Production and Import Stock.10-Prepared and maintained polices, procedure and working instruction for inventory control system.11-Appraising Store level sale Performance, Margin, Profitability and conducting business segment analysis & Reporting based on event and seasons.12-Solve different kind of issue of receiving, purchase order, direct store delivery matters with concern.13-Managing and supervising the diversified team of Branch Accountant which belong to different nationalities.14-Reporting to upper management to regularly and provided recommendation for better inventory control. 15-Assisting in preparation financial statement and liaise with the external & internal auditors to facilitate completion of statutory audit as per agreed schedule.16-Ensure monthly/ quarterly/ annual closing of financial task are done as per scheduled timeline.
