Controlling projects: Responsible for implementation of new planning tool SAP Analytics Cloud, complete master data preparation, admin workbench, country configuration for both Serbia and Croatia including detailed planning structure of relevant profit and cost centers, cost elements hierarchy, mapping of planner groups; Lead responsible for Finance BI implementation in RS & HR, validation checks, local configuration; support for projects as SAP Ariba, OKR etc. Budgeting, Forecasting: Responsible for annual budget process, according to deadlines approved by the group. Alignment with corporate strategy and planning guidelines. Coordination of tasks with management team. Technical enhancement of process with local implementation and set up of new integrated planning tool as well as BI software. Validation of planned figures. Creation of forecasts for the end of the year as well as medium term planning with rolling forecasts. F-BI super user: Requested for new changes in existing reports, coordination with IT team and demand for new reports, functional sign-off of reports, business requirement specification for identified demand, manual adaptation for local requirementsOverhead and cost center controlling: Detailed cost center controlling of all overhead functions, providing a clear guidance to accounting team on which functional unit to book primary costs. Internal reporting: Local operations control following corporate Standards of procedures (SOPs) with line of reporting directly to CFO. Internal audit SPOC.

- Monthly closing activities: Preliminary result reports with review of G/L accounts, group reporting including creation of transactional files, company’s journals, movements and adjustments. Preparation of monthly comments for discrepancies between actual and planned figures. National retail KPI report. Creation of P&L analysis per pharmacy, as well as types of comparability.- Budgeting and Forecasting with procedures improvement: Created and implemented new technical procedures for detailed KPI’s and historical data tracking (P&L and BS), with detailed instructions for the responsible managers. Verifying the data quality and summarizing it for planning on management level. Introduced in depth planning per each cost and profit center and by working days.- Calculations for monthly closing: Transfer of current month rebates to BS on article level, slow moving inventory provision, short term stock provision, monthly update of specification for accruals on the basis of actual postings, calculation for splitting of employee bonuses per pharmacy on the basis of new bonus scheme, rent calculator per cost centers.- Experience with post-M&As of pharmacies: Integration of new business units in company, partial calculation of purchase price and provisions. Opening of new cost centers and new accounts with link to group accounts for group reporting. Synchronization of business units data in multiple software. Software maintenance and improvement with IT department.- Management support: Daily reports of KPI’s (turnover, net margin, invoice number, average basket, prescription number, sales channels etc.), control and comparison of all costs, support for area managers, accounting, sales and category management with introduction of new reports and KPI’s.

- Monthly closing: Delivering monthly packages of financial reports to parent company, including the adaptation of local GAAP financial statements. Comparison of company’s actual performance against budget and forecasts, with a deep dive analysis of discrepancies, if any, and KPI reports. - Management support: Creation of company’s annual budget, quarterly forecasts and long term business plans. Weekly payment plans with a forecast of foreign currency exchange.- Business development: Monitoring the prices of competition on European market and preparation of prices trend reports. Involved in marketing promotional campaigns and sales development efforts.- International exposure: Day-to-day communication with the colleagues from Germany, Czech Republic, Croatia and Sweden. Cooperation with foreign suppliers. Settling of international cessions and compensations.

Belgrade

- Management reporting: Involved in preparation of weekly and monthly reports for sales and category departments. Stock levels reporting for primary and secondary distribution centers.- Business operations: Creating and refreshing company’s category assortment which is the subject of distribution. Monitoring customer’s receivables collection, keeping records according to the defined procedures. Coordination between key account channels and distribution centers.
