• Record journal entries of cash sales and bank sales on daily basis• Book all purchases, expenses, in the software on daily basis.• Post accounts receivable payments made by cash, cheque.• Reconcile monthly bank statements and resolve discrepancies• Reconcile venders, Customers statement at the end of month.• Making salaries of staff according to their attendance.• Making cash flow statement.• Draft periodic profit and loss A/C to analyze trends & project future changes.• Prepare quarterly tax returns and reviewed submitted.• Accurately perform daily cash functions, including A/P and A/R tracking, budgeting, payroll transactions, expense management• Generate monthly financial reports to detail company revenues and expenses.
