Prepared Escorts Bank’s 5 years strategic business plan.* Developed & Execute Credit Risk Assessment Criteria across the Company. (AML & CFT) * Identified issues in existing IT setup and conducted rigorous walk-through. And implementation of SAP ERP. * Actively involved in getting processes streamlined and change management for implementation of ERP leading towards paperless environment. * Introduced the concept of digitalizing the key functions of the Company, including the collection and disbursements using digital channels.* Revamped the accounting function and became first financial Company to implement newly adopted standards relating to Financial Instruments and Leases (IFRS-16 & IFRS-9).* Issuance of Right Issue and successfully completed the issue in stressed Capital market conditions. * Participated in devising new scheme for RI and negotiated with Banks and Regulators to devise a new genre in Escrow arrangements saving millions of rupees to the Company.
