I am a dedicated Bioinformatician with a passion for learning and exploring new technologies. With a strong interest in data analysis, programming, and bioinformatics, I enjoy working on projects that involve applying sophisticated algorithms and techniques to analyze and interpret large datasets. My expertise spans a variety of programming languages, including Python, R, and C++. My research experience includes conducting metatranscriptomics and scRNA expression analysis. Recently, I have expanded my knowledge to include transcriptome analysis, genomics, structural bioinformatics, and the emerging field of quantum bioinformatics. I am particularly focused on integrating machine learning techniques into bioinformatics to develop predictive models and uncover hidden patterns in biological data, as well as exploring molecular mechanisms in cancer research to identify potential therapeutic targets.
