* Provide management and support to the subordinates including supervisory checks as identified in the HSE critical task list in the HSE case;* Ensure compliance with the HSE requirements in performance of the procurement work;* Manage the record-keeping, documentation and transportation of materials;* Provide high quality support to the production subdivisions of the Piltun B platform (gas production, construction, drilling);* Be a member of the Fire Emergency Team at the platform;* Deal with third parties, public institutions: Yuzhno Logistics/Travel Co-ordinators; Nogliki Base Supervisor; SAS Flight Manager; FSO Mooring Masters; Support Vessel Captains; IOP Planner, Drilling, Maintenance, Production and HUC Supts; * Develop measures to control the staff movements including personnel staying at the auxiliary platforms and vessels;* Execute designated ER role and take the lead role in ensuring competence improvement of the own Department ER staff.

• Liaise with Shore Base Supply to arrange timely transportation of materials, together with associated certification documents, • Expedite and obtain documentation required for material and equipment received. • Conduct day to day activity of Materials Management: Goods Receipt, Stock Transfer and Primary Documentation processing under SAP system. • Organize and supervise equipment/materials handling activities to ensure safe and efficient off-loading I loading of materials to the respective warehouse (about 17000 items in stock) • Prepare material receiving report and material issue slip as per project material requirements • Prepare all necessary documents in SAP (Vessel/Air shipments, STO,create deliveries and etc.) • Prepare circling account reports to Materials Manager • Prepare all necessary documents/declarations for transporting dangerous goods to onshore base according to IMDG/IATA Code

•Execute physical counting of the equipment/materials delivered and received as assigned,• Organize equipment/materials handling activities to ensure safe and efficient off-loading/loading of materials to the respective warehouse

• Implement the Document control execution plan.• Develop a document distribution matrix for all phases of the offshore HUC. • Ensure all documents required for the offshore phase are identified, catalogued, stored and indexed.• Maintain document registers and provide reports as required.• Establish and maintain accurate files for all project documentation, which ensure ease of retrieval.• Maintain and control as built drawings and documents

Assist with translation and interpretation

Maintain control over documents circulation and registration. Provide SAP services to the Team. Organize workshops, internal/external meetings. Assist preparation of weekly and monthly reports and presentations, assist with translation, prepare agendas, checking and processing on contractors invoices. Administer office in an orderly and professional manner.
