Served as the Lead Battalion Human Resources Advisor for an Aviation Regiment consisting of over 260 Soldiers and Department of the Army Civilians assigned personnel. I was directly responsible for the health, welfare and training of five Soldiers and their families. Provided direct administrative quality control for 160 Officers, Warrant Officers, NCOs, and junior enlisted personnel; supervised the processing and tracking of all personnel action reviews, promotions incentives and payroll inquiries.

Served as the Assistant Operations Supervisor for an Allied Forces South element that served 4 companies geographically dispersed over 5 countries and 11 sites throughout NATO's southern region. Advised subordinate agency's senior executives and supervisors on all requisitions and related requirements. Managed agency's weekly fragmentary orders. Cared for the maintenance and accountability of two non-tactical vehicles valued in excess of $17,000.Appointed the daily duties as an HR Operations Manager for battalion size element in support of a joint, combined deployable NATO Headquarters. Managed administrative quality control support and customer service to 125 assigned employees. Provided direct mentorship and management oversight which ensured agency’s collective immediate availability. Advised senior company executives on standard procedures for personnel actions, promotions, incentive awards and inventory assessments.

Demonstrated appropriate leadership values when leading, counseling, and coaching subordinates; employed appropriate leadership skills to develop subordinates; provided technically competent human resources guidance; applied human resources concepts and principles to support organizational goals.

Assisted collecting, recording, reporting, verifying and processing of casualty information from unit level to HQDA. The recorded information facilitates NOK notification, casualty assistance, casualty tracking and status updates, and provides the basis for historical and statistical reports.

Provided timely and accurate Essential Personnel Services (EPS) within HR functions that affect Soldier status, readiness, and quality of life and allow Army leadership to effectively manage the force. EPS includes awards and decorations, evaluation reports, promotions and reductions, transfers and discharges, identification documents, leaves and passes, line of duty investigations, Soldier applications, coordination of military pay and entitlements, etc.
