About my work experiences-To provide good knowledge in multi-media technology, audio/visual (AV) systems, PC technology.-To provide technical support in the operation, support and maintain of the AV and IT equipment in the University’s Learning Environments.-To handle the technical needs in Learning Commons and PC laboratories.-To provide the coordination and operational arrangement for various performance projects and the layout and technical drawing for AV equipment and PC/printing environment. -To support University’s events (Grand hall, Yuet Ming Auditorium, Loke Yew Hall, Rayson Huang Theatre and Other Venues) especially when AV/PC equipment’s are required and perform other duties related to AV/PC equipment/Learning.-To give internal training to staff members on the operation and the maintenance of the computer-related and media equipment’s as and when necessary.- Project Management Support Service for new lecture theatres and classroom-To manage a team of IT Assistant and student helper
